DEAR RIDERS,
This is a very important
announcement, please be informed that:
1. The deadline to bring in your pledge sheets is Thursday,
November
12th, 09.
2. Riders that wish to have his/her bike transported from
Bruce Bike Shop to Tony's Inn at Corozal,
MUST notify the office as soon as possible
because space is limited. And must
bring your bike in by Friday,
November 13th ,
between the hours of 9am - 2pm. For Saturday,
November 14th, between
the hours of 1pm- 4pm. The reason for taking
the bikes a day in advance is to ensure safe transportation,
rather than rushing on
the morning of the ride and causing damages to the bikes.
3. Bus Transportation from Bruce Bike Shop to Tony's
Inn Corozal,
Saturday November 14th bus leaves at
3am. Riders must notify the
office as soon as possible because space
is limited.
4. Bus transportation from Bruce Bike Shop to Insurance
Corporation of Belize
- Santa Elena Cayo, Sunday November 15th bus leaves at 3am.
must notify the office as soon as
possible because space is limited.
5. Hotel reservations: Riders requesting room/rooms at
Tony's Inn Corozal must notify the office
and bring in necessary payment at Bruce Bike
Shop as soon as possible because rooms
are limited, so that we may
facilitate your booking and reservation. Please find
attached a copy of the
room rates
6. Breakfast: Riders requesting breakfast at Tony's Inn
Corozal - We need to know the exact
number of persons requesting breakfast. Breakfast
will be served on Saturday, November 14th
@ 5am. Each rider is
responsible for his/her payment for
breakfast.
