"Ride Out Diabetes" is our newest fundraiser event set for November 7th and 8th 2009. For the first time we will RIDE OUT DIABETES with two rides to help raise funds and garner awareness for the Diabetes work in Belize.                                         DIABETES AWARENESS DAY

The Belize Diabetes Association will be having Diabetes Awareness Day on Saturday, October 3^rd.  In an effort to raise much needed funds, which will assist us in our community services and out-reach programs. This event will be held on Albert Street, between Romac’s and Sikaffy Store.

There will be blood sugar testing, fruit salad and fresh drinks for sale. So come out and support a worthy cause, help us in the fight against this silent killer diabetes.

Riders participating in the “Ride out Diabetes” ride come out and bring your pledge sheets and use this opportunity to help solicit funds for the Association.
